Elmer Blevins Jr., 69, North Manchester, passed away March 3, 2022 at Peabody Healthcare Center in North Manchester. Elmer was born May 25, 1952.
The loving memory of Elmer Blevins Jr. will be forever cherished by his special friend, Alice Luebke, New Haven; son, Michael Blevins, Fort Wayne; brothers: Jason Blevins, Fort Wayne;Rick (Daisy) Blevins, Baltimore, Md.; and Brad Blevins, Kingsport, Tenn.; sisters, Debbie (James) Justice, Wabash; Shair (Byron) Erickson, Sequim, Wash.; and Crystal Graf, Stout, Ohio; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews who thought the world of him and he was their “favorite uncle.”
