Betty Lou Lisby, 82, North Manchester, passed away Nov. 6, 2020, at Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester. Born Oct. 4, 1938 in Sweetser, Betty was the daughter of Kenneth and Fern (Clifton) Stanley.
