Damion Reyes Estrada, 22, rural Columbia City, died at 6:55 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
He was born Oct. 2, 2000.
Surviving are his parents, Jennifer and Shaun Ison, both of Columbia City; brother, Jacob R. Hyser, Columbia City; sister, Olivia B. Ison, Columbia City; maternal grandmother, Karen Hyser, South Whitley; and paternal grandmother, Billie Jo Ison, North Manchester.
Smith and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
