Judith Ann Miller, 82, Columbia City, died at 3:08 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
She was born Dec. 14, 1939.
On January 7, 1961, she married Richard L. Miller; he preceded her in death.
Surviving are her children, William D. (Linda) Miller, Spencerville, Michelle A. (David) Frei, Columbia City and Michael R. Miller, Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Smith and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
