Jack Lee “Cookie” Cook, 69, Kokomo, passed away on April 12, 2022, at home.
He was born Feb. 9, 1953, in Kokomo.
The loving memory of Jack Cook will be forever cherished by his daughter: Tabitha (Lowill) McKinney, North Manchester; sisters: Sharon Freed, Minnesota; and Jeri Black, Kokomo; and three grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents: Elmer and Madora (Hood) Cook; wife: Janelle Cook; and brothers: Herald Cook and Ronnie Cook.
